One-to-One Mentoring
Mentoring partnership between participants in B-WISE comprised of a more tenured participant and an emerging leader.
Partners establish a formalized commitment to work together to support the emerging leader’s professional growth.
Partners agree to meet in person at least once per month.
Tenured partners are certified by B-WISE, LLC.
