B-WISE is an organization of African American women and allies with careers in federal public service who are leaders and emerging executives. B-WISE members support each other via peer coaching, mentoring relationships, general camaraderie, and service to humankind. This organization seeks to fill the niche of networking, support, acculturation of informal protocols and gateways to leadership in public administration for African American women.
