We Are Stronger Together!

​Careers are full of twists, turns and surprises -- just like life.  While  we cannot predict the outcome of any situation, we can take control of how we respond. We also can prepare ourselves in a way that supports successful outcomes. With BWT2, you’ll have sisters to share and learn to exert your power of choice over whatever the workplace brings to you.

• BWT2 is a gathering that brings together women leaders to discuss Table Topics related to striving, thriving, growing and leading in public administration.

• BWT2 is a peer-to-peer conversation held at least once per season or quarter.

• BWT2 Participants receive Table Topics to consider for discussion prior to the quarterly gathering.

• BWT2 occurs in locations that are comfortable, allow for refreshments, and are conducive to conversations.

B-WISE participants may contribute media – books, articles, videos and films – to consider for Table Topics via the website. Contact us!
