Coaching is provided by an experienced, B-WISE certified, senior leader in public service. She has been at The Table. She navigates The Table with finesse. She also worked her way up successfully. For a small investment in yourself, have access to the tools to be a greater public administrator.
Satisfaction
We guarantee you will be satisfied with your coach. We want to build trust and reassure you that your opinion and support in your career is our greatest concern. Sometimes personalities and styles may differ. If you desire a new coach, we will reassign you to a new coach.
Timely Scheduling
Coaches will contact you within 48 hours of your contact. Expect an in-person meeting within two weeks at a time mutually in sync with your schedules. We are our Sister's keeper.
